My company was established to offer property owners in the Bakewell area a ‘one –stop-shop’ for maintaining or managing their Peak District properties in a reliable, friendly and trustworthy manner.

From my experience gained from 25 years in the construction industry I am able to offer directly a wide range of services which will resolve most common problems around the house including:

• Certain Plumbing & Electrical Work

For certain owners (e.g second homes) I am also able to offer project management services in order to carry out specialist work beyond that which I can do myself. This enables me to offer a full care and maintenance service to those customers just wanting to enjoy their properties without worrying about it’s upkeep.

Additionally, for holiday cottage owners a management service is also available to look after properties in the absence of their owners.
